When you refer someone to MPP , you’ll earn a $500 Referral Bonus when they move in. Your advice really is that valuable.

*To earn the referral rebate, the new tenant must indicate they were referred by you on their initial contact with the leasing office which may be via phone, email or office visit. On that initial office visit, the prospective tenant must fill out a leasing card indicating your name as the referring individual. Only one referral rebate is eligible to be paid out per apartment that is rented, regardless of the size of the apartment or number of occupants. Residents can refer no more than three (3) prospective lessees and can not receive more than $1500 in compensation or the equivalent of one month's rent, whichever is less, in any 12 month period. Referral rebates will be deducted from your rent the first month the new tenant moves into their new apartment and all new occupants may not currently live in any MPP. Referral rebates will not be paid out via cash or check.Not applicable for roommates, sublets or transfers.
